If you need to, you’re able to reset the app on all platforms. But why would you need to reset? There comes a time where software can act up and resetting might be the last solution to fixing the problem. If resetting did not fix an issue you may be having, contact .

Currently known issues that might not be fixed by resetting our app is the panel showing a blank white page with an Arc blue icon. Which is caused by caching issue.

Windows

Right click on the start button located in your taskbar and type

%appdata%

then delete the FalixNodes folder.

macOS

Press shift-command-G with your Finder window open. Enter the following command into the search box:

~/Library/Caches

Delete FalixNodes folder.

Linux

Use this command:

rm -R ~/.config/FalixNodes/

Android

Tap and hold on the FalixNodes application in your home screen/app drawer then click More Info. Go to storage and clear cache.

iOS

Open your settings and go to settings and “Clear History and Website Data”. FalixNodes for iOS relies on Safari, so this is pretty much the only way.
